Download the application form (Form 1) from the convention website during the period of June 5 (Monday) to July 28 (Friday). After filling up the "Application Receipt Number", Presenter's name and Presentation Title, please send it to the event reception of tournament (tazawarikusui@gmail.com) by attaching the document in the email. Please note that we will not accept the application other than the one submitted in Form 1.

1. Oral presentation, poster presentations and assignment lectures can only be applied to regular members (general students), and honorary members. The speakers for presentation and lecture are limited to members, but non-members can become second authors.
2. If the organization is an affiliate member, the participating individuals can participate with the same participation fee as the regular members. Also, individuals belonging to groups of supporting members can be regarded as members and present in the convention.
3. Even non-members at the time of application will be considered members if they plan to join. However, they are subject to pay annual membership fee by 2 weeks (September 14th, Thursday) before the event.
4. Please note that oral and poster prize winners will be canceled if the presentation is made by a non-member. Whether you are a member or not, you can check it from the web on the Japanese Society of Limnology.

1. In order to raise the quality concerning the oral presentation and to motivate young researchers to present their academic studies, 6 oral presentations will be awarded by the Japanese Society of Limnology. Of the announcements made by young members (student members as of 2 weeks before the event or members within 5 years after the last academic year), subject to review will be limited to those who wish for review. If you apply for an oral presentation prize, please check in the examination request column at the time of application.
2. In order to raise the quality of poster presentations and to motivate young researchers to present their academic studies, we will award the excellent prizes from the Japanese Society of Limnology. Of the announcements made by young members (student members as of 2 weeks before the event or members within 5 years after the last academic year), subject to review will be limited to those who wish for review. We will honor three persons from the "Student's below the Master's Degree" and three from the "Doctoral Degree" category. Those who apply for poster presentation awards, please check in the examination request column at the time of application.
