(1) Application Procedure

| Attention 1 | When you apply for the participation, a reception email will be sent to you. In the reception mail, there will be an "Application Receipt Number", details of the payment and payee's bank account number. Please transfer the amount by the deadline. |
| Attention 2 | Since the "Application Receipt Number" will be used for general lecture, poster presentation and discussion, please be sure to make a note of it. |
| Attention 3 | Please be aware that people who are not staying in the convention venue will not be allowed to participate in the event. |
| Attention 4 | If you any accompanying participant (family), please also apply for their accommodation. |
| Attention 5 | It is possible to change the dates of accommodation until August 24 even after the accommodation application. If there is any change in the accommodation date, please inform us by email to the Convention Executive Committee by specifying the #Application Receipt Number" and the "staying date". |
| Attention 6 | The receipt will be handed over to the participants on the very day, 1) participation fee 2) participation fee 3) excursion participation fee 4) accommodation fee or each participation day. |

It differs for members and non-members and increases by 1000 yen after August 25 2017.

ii. Accommodation Fee
Common to both members and non-members. Consumption tax 8% and bathing tax included. Dinner and breakfast are included per night (please use lunch box or neighboring dining room for lunch). Accommodation is possible from a day before the convention - Aug 27th. Please specify when you wish to participate in the event.

(4) About the payment
For the payment, please transfer the total amount of expenses to the bank account designated under JLIM 82 Executive Committee. When paying, please specify the "Application Receipt Number" issued at the time of registration followed by your full name (for example, if the Application Receipt Number is 1999, then it can be written as Senboku Tarou 1999) as the name of the person transferring the money. Please bear the transfer fee.
